It has excellent anti-wear and anti-rust ability, which can play a good maintenance and protection role in the Plastic Injection Molding Machine and extend the service life of the injection molding machine.
Strong emulsification and antifoam performance can ensure the stability and safety of lubrication and transmission during injection molding processing.
Suitable for European and Far East injection machines, hydraulic presses and other medium and high pressure hydraulic oil system lubrication. This product is divided into grades 32, 46, 68, 100 and other grades according to kinematic viscosity at 40°C. Performance properties: Fatty acid lithium soap is thickened with precision mineral lubricating oil and added a variety of performance additives, produced by advanced oil making process, with excellent extreme pressure anti-wear, shear stability, oxidation, anti-rust, pumping and water resistance properties. It is suitable for lubricating the connections of injection molding machines as well as bearings, bearings and gears of other highly loaded mechanical equipment.
